School policies cover every aspect of school life. Below are some of our most important policies for your reference. If you want to know our policy on something that is not listed, please ask the school office. Paper copies of the policies and all information on the website is available free of charge from the school office.

Governing bodies are required to hold certain policies and other documents by law. These are explained in the Department for Education’s Maintained Schools Governance Guide (March 2024) which lists the statutory policies and procedures.
 

Our Governing Body has a schedule to ensure all policies are reviewed in a timely manner, this applies to both statutory and non-statutory policies.  The Governing Body has adopted a number of non-statutory policies and procedures in order to support the day-to-day running of the school.
