Our Pupil Admission Number (P.A.N) is 15 - i.e we can offer up to a maximum of 15 pupils a place in our reception class (in very exceptional circumstances we may exceed our P.A.N). More than 60% of our current pupil cohort comes from out of catchment. The headteacher would be delighted to show prospective parents around the school - please ring or e-mail the office to make an appointment.

School admission authorities must consult on their admission arrangements if they propose a change other than an increase to their published admission number. They must also consult if they have not consulted in the last seven years. In the case of Woolhampton Church of England Primary School, the consultation is required due to proposed changes to the School’s admissions criteria. These are summarised as follows:
- An alteration to the existing admissions criteria: The definition of Sibling has now been changed within all relevant criteria to incorporate any child with a multiple birth sibling who has a confirmed Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) in advance of starting at the School.
- An alteration to the Notes section regarding definition of home address: Within the proposed policy, where parental responsibilities are shared and the child/children live at both parent’s addresses during the school week on a permanent arrangement, either address will be considered the permanent home address. The note also clarified the evidence that may be required to establish a child’s address.
